We promote a family oriented park devoted to fun and enjoyment of the outdoors. The following rules are to be acknowledged and respected by any and everyone who visit Alligator Run Park!!! By signing release of liability or waiver, you understand and have agreed to these rules!!!

1. All riders must sign a release form to participate in the activities of the park upon arriving at the front gate.

2. There are no rules concerning the wearing of helmets or double riding.

3. Wristbands must be worn on the wrist and bikes at all times in the park and for re-entry into the park, otherwise repayment is required.

4. Extreme physical contact will not be allowed under any circumstance and will result in permanent disbarment from the park.

5. Do not cross any boundary marker, fences, or black oil topped roads.

6. Obey all parks signs.

7. No glass containers allowed on the premises.

8. Alcohol allowed on the premises.

9. Minors will NOT be allowed to consume alcohol on the premises.

10. The speed limit in the park is 5 mph and strictly enforced.

11. Please deposit all trash in barrels located by your site.
